Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Your Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have guarantees for goods and services including that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match descriptions. These guarantees apply regardless of any other warranties we offer.

If a product is faulty or does not meet guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Consumer guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.
